Free round-trip transportation to healthcare appointments for seniors in northern Durham County, NC.

Aging Forward Durham is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, interfaith organization providing free transportation for seniors in Northern Durham County, North Carolina. Our mission is to help older adults stay healthy, independent, and connected by offering reliable rides to medical and dental appointments—at no cost.

That’s right. 100% Free.

This service is currently available to seniors living independently in Durham County neighborhoods north of I-85. As the program grows, we plan to expand access across all of Durham to meet the growing need for senior transportation.

In addition to providing rides, Aging Forward Durham builds a network of social connection, access to essential resources, and volunteer-driven support for older adults.
